If you have a technical background and professional appearance, this may be the job for you! This part-time position requires being on-call after hours and weekends, approximately 20 hours per week.
Job duties include: Perform basic installation, maintenance and minor repairs on all ATM products (multiple manufacturers) and services; prioritize and plan service calls; provide courteous and professional customer contact and communication; reassign calls when appropriate and accurately report service data; follow key/alarm/combination control processes in assigned area of responsibility; support service technicians in performing preventative maintenance inspections on conventional products; and maintain courteous, professional communication with customers and team members as needed.
Successful candidate will develop working knowledge of all operating standards, practices, and procedures; complete equipment cleanings as specified in service agreement, and perform basic installation functions (e.g. pulling cable, mounting devices, installing Mas-Hamilton locks). Ensures all work is preformed to company quality standards and practices; performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED required. This is an entry level position.
ATM experience is highly desirable, but not required.
Strong organizational and attention to detail
Ability to function in a fast paced environment
Work schedule is part time, including after-hours and weekends, approximately 20 hours per week.
Must have dependable transportation and clean driving record.
Proficiency with various Windows programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
