This is fully loaded 40' diesel pusher motorhome from Alfa has it all! RVguides.com says some similar See Ya! motorhomes MSRP originally at $225,000. The See Ya! exterior features include 6 outdoor awnings, basement storage compartments throughout, power supply hookups, and an automatic entry step. This spacious model incorporates a clean, tall design (131) putting the A/C unit in the basement and lifting the inside height to a stretched 76. This extra height has includes extra cupboards, taller slideouts (3 total), ceiling fans and larger windows throughout the coach. It's built on a Freightliner chassis my 40 tester came with a standard 350 horsepower, 7.2L turbocharged diesel CAT engine and an Allison xxxx six-speed automatic transmission. Its this raised rail chassis that houses all the HVAC components as well as the distribution ductwork. Unlike many motorhomes that split their ducts between ceiling and floor for hot and cold, the Alfa uses a 27,000 BTU residential style A/C unit with a heat pump. It draws air off the ceiling at the rear of the coach, filters it, chills it and redistributes it through the floor vents. Because it recirculates air rather than continually drawing in outside air (like most roof units) the coachs interior is cooler, plus the 3x17 duct run is shorter and the HVAC runs more efficiently and there is the lowered noise factor. All windows are dual pane, the 2- 3/8 thick walls are rated at R-11 while the roof and floors are all R-20. A pair of ceiling fans is standard (one above the bed, the other in the salon) and engine HVAC is well vented from the front of the coach. In addition there is are automatic Fan-Tastic fans, a bathroom fan and three six-inch swiveling circulation fans (two on the windshield and one for the likely rear passenger seating area). Add to all this electric sun visors and black-out mini-blinds for maximum environmental control. The interior also features a generator, automatic leveling system, power mirrors, cruise control, backup camera, Sirus ready CD player, Garmin navigation system, radio, aux power, Vizio flat screen tv, 6 disk cd changer, automatic multi-satellite antenna, Kenwood speak system throughout, 2 leather front seats, swiveling chair, hide a bed couch, large storage compartment, overhead storage compartments, kitchen table with seating, quality corian countertop, sink, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, freezer, washer, kitchen storage, atomic clock, thermostat, private bathroom, with toilet, window and ventilation, sink, spacious shower with glass enclosure and skylight, private bedroom with queen sized bed, storage closet with mirrors, overhead fan, and additional storage cabinets.
